Inner Coastal Consulting was created by Brian FitzSimons and Shelley Layden so that they could combine their experience and talents and provide a problem solving resource for their clients.
Separately, they have experience in Sales and Marketing both offline and online, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Contracting, Custom Home Design and Consulting, Residential and Commercial Construction and Development, Real Estate, Education through Seminars and many other aspects of business.
Using our experience we feel confident that we can help solve any business problem you may be experiencing.
Typically, this would involve analyses of the problem, formulation of a solution and plan of action with your agreement, followed by implementation and monitoring of the results with adjustments as required.
We recognize that when you are closely involved with your business, it is sometimes difficult to see the big picture and this is where an outside viewpoint can be really helpful.
It is also easy to get into a situation where even though you recognize the need for changes, it is difficult to make the hard decisions and pragmatically carry them out because of your emotional involvement. Again, a third party can make this process less painful for all the participants.
In addition to consulting, Inner Coastal will provide other services as the need is recognized. Currently, we offer a Cleanup service that will spruce up vacant homes and make them more attractive for resale. Combined with that we can protect and maintain vacant homes for absentee owners.
On the Marketing side, we offer web site development for businesses that would like to add the Internet to their marketing efforts.
