Once that is on paper we can work on the exterior and add the trim and architectural details that will make it fit in with your neighborhood and give you pleasure each time you come home.
Renovations and Additions
If you don’t want to start again and only need to improve the home you already live in, I can help you with a floor plan of the existing and then the possible additions or changes to make it more efficient for your life style. Whether it is an addition or a rearrangement inside the existing envelope, I can help you create something that works and give you the plans you need to get a Building Permit.

Should you need a site plan with existing and proposed structures shown, we can create this for you using the available information from the courthouse and site measurements.
